Olsson Parts strengthens its focus on spare parts for marine diesel engines

After last year’s successful participation at the Gothenburg Boat Show, Olsson Parts is back to showcase its growing range of spare and service parts for marine diesel engines, such as Volvo Penta and Yanmar. “Our aim is to strengthen and consolidate our position as a reliable partner for boat owners and workshops throughout the Nordic region,” says CEO Håkan Ekstrand.

Håkan Ekstrand views the continued focus on parts for marine diesel engines as a strategic move, where an increased market presence in the marine sector will create opportunities to build long-term relationships with both end customers and dealers.

“With more than 65 years of experience of spare parts for heavy machinery, we have built up solid expertise when it comes to product quality and customer service. This knowledge is now being used to create value in the marine sector too.”

By participating in the Gothenburg Boat Show, which is western Sweden’s largest meeting place for people who love boating and life on the water, Olsson Parts is demonstrating its ambition to reach new customer groups and broaden its offering.
“We want to show that we are more than just tractors and construction machinery,” Ekstrand continues. “Our strength lies in our ability to offer rapid deliveries, reliable products and a highly responsive customer service operation. We also have a natural connection to boats and the sea due to our location on Orust, where many of our employees are boat owners and possess a deep understanding of the needs of the industry.”
